Old Town Cemetery

The Old Town Cemetery in Stirling is important within the historic landscape of Stirling. The monuments and the personalities they commemorate have been central to the history of Scotland as well as the history of Stirling and in 2007 Stirling Council were awarded grants to restore the cemetery to it’s former Victorian glory.

Unavoided, working with Small Majority Media won the tender to produce a series of videos and the website. The purpose of the site was to track the progression of the restoration but also as an information site for potential visitors.

Our main challenge was to create a design which would respect the cemetery as it is still in use today. The site features a video gallery, quiz and a news section which the clients can maintain themselves.
